What we ask for

To move quickly, we’ll ask for the role needed, the shift times, and anything specific about the setting (for example, if it’s a mental health or learning disability unit, or a domiciliary visit rather than a facility-based shift).

How fast is “fast”?

We hold availability across Belfast and Northern Ireland and can often fill urgent shifts within a few hours, though this varies with the role, the area, and the time of day.

Planning ahead avoids the scramble

For anything that isn’t an emergency — an upcoming block booking, a known gap in next week’s rota — our “Request staff” form is the quicker route, and gives your account manager time to match the right person rather than the first available one.
