Who is our nursing agency for?
We supply registered nurses to nursing homes, residential homes with nursing beds, private hospitals and specialist units across Belfast and Northern Ireland. If you are covering sickness, annual leave, a sudden gap in the rota, or planning ahead for a period of higher demand, our coordinators can find the right RGN or RMN for your setting.
What does our nurse staffing include?
- Day, night and weekend shifts, booked around your existing rota.
- Short-notice and out-of-hours cover through our on-call team, who are reachable 24/7.
- Block bookings for ongoing rota gaps, so you are not re-booking cover every week.
- A dedicated account manager who gets to know your facility, your rota and your standards.
How are our agency nurses vetted?
Every nurse we place has verified NMC registration, an enhanced AccessNI check, full references and confirmed right to work, completed before their first shift. Mandatory training — moving and handling, safeguarding and infection control — is kept up to date throughout their time with us. Nu-Gen Healthcare is an RQIA registered service provider, trusted since 2022 and NISCC registered as a care agency.
