Nu-Gen Healthcare is based in East Belfast, but our staff bank covers care homes, nursing homes and healthcare facilities right across Northern Ireland. If you’re trying to work out whether we cover your area, here’s a breakdown by region.
Belfast & Greater Belfast
Our home turf. Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Bangor and Carrickfergus see the bulk of our day-to-day placements, with local coordinators who know these facilities well. Same-day and out-of-hours cover is fastest here.
Antrim, Ballymena & the wider county
We regularly place registered nurses and healthcare assistants across Antrim, Ballymena, Larne and Newtownards, supporting both block bookings and last-minute rota gaps.
Down & Armagh
Downpatrick, Armagh and Craigavon are well within our regular coverage for care home staffing and domiciliary care placements.
Derry/Londonderry, Fermanagh & Tyrone
We also place staff further west, including Derry/Londonderry, Coleraine, Omagh and Enniskillen — typically for planned block bookings and ongoing rota support rather than same-day emergency cover, given the distance from our Belfast base.
